 EliZe was born in Utrecht on July 22, 1982, but grew up in Bussum. Just like her mother EliZe loves to sing. As an eight year old she was selected to sing in a children's television show, 'Kinderen voor Kinderen', in which she sang for six years. Show more » After that she joined a choir for teenagers called Non Stop. She also took part in two amateur musical productions 'Chicago' and 'Les Misrables'. The last three years she has been active as a background singer in a song contest for children. In the mean time EliZe finished a course at college for executive secretary. This year EliZe recorded an album in Denmark. The songs are produced by Peter Hartmann and Jan Langhoff who also worked with Aqua. The first single is called Shake, which was proudly titled 'Dancesmash' by Dutch radio station Radio 538. The single Automatic also became a 'Dancesmash' shortly after its release. Her newest single, I'm No Latino, became a 'TMF SuperClip' shortly after the introduction.
