British singersongwriter, Richard Paul Astley was born February 6, 1966. He is famous for songs like "Never Gonna Give You Up" and "Together Forever". Rick was from Newton le Willows and for a time his agent, David Anthony Promotions, operated from what is now Latchford Dental Practice in Warrington.
