The Loft

1 The Loft is an English guitar pop band from the 80s. They released eps & a lp on Creation Records. They broke up and frontman Peter Astor created the Weather Prophet with the drummer then went solo. They came back in 2006. Most of the Loft songs on last.fm are by them.

2 The Loft is a dansih band from a little town in Jutland called Hobro. The lead singer, Simon Rud Jensen, is a huge inspiration for small newcommers. He's also been awarded a prize for "The most handsome guy in Denmark" several times. The drummer, Daniel Lieutenant, with whom Simon founded band, has a unique style of drumming, which can be compared to living danish legends; Lars Ulrich and Slipknot's drummer, Joey Jordison. The Loft is an upcoming band in Europe, and are one of the danish band that are most likely to succeed.

3 The Loft is a six-piece American rock band from Nashville, TN. They are often called a jam band, and compared to the Black Crowes. They tour extensively in the U.S. Southeast, usually in college towns like Knoxville, Murfreesboro, Athens, Bowling Green, etc. The band has one LP, entitled, "Soulful Southeast Exhibit," and several EPs and live albums.
